Samay also joked about the 1930 cybercrime helpline. He said he had saved the number because he had received calls from the cyber cell in the past. His comments left CM Fadnavis and the audience laughing.
Another light-hearted moment also caught attention. Samay reportedly asked the Chief Minister if he could have a biscuit after receiving the honour.
