Good News on 1 July 2026: LPG Prices Cut and Petrol-Diesel Cheaper
There is some good news for people in India. From 1 July 2026, the government announced a price cut in Commercial LPG cylinders. Along with this, petrol and diesel prices have also been reduced at some Nayara Energy petrol pumps. These changes can help many people save money, especially small business owners.
1) Commercial LPG Becomes Cheaper
The 19 kg Commercial LPG cylinder is now cheaper than before. This cylinder is mostly used by restaurants, hotels, cafés, tea stalls, and other businesses. Because of the lower price, these businesses can reduce their daily expenses and improve their profits.
The 5 kg LPG cylinder has also become a little cheaper, giving a small benefit to some users.
2) Petrol and Diesel Prices Reduced
Another good update is that petrol and diesel prices have been reduced at Nayara Energy petrol pumps.
- Petrol is cheaper by around ₹5 per litre.
- Diesel is cheaper by around ₹3 per litre.
However, there is one important thing to remember. This price cut is not available at every petrol pump. It currently applies only to Nayara Energy fuel stations. If you buy fuel from IOCL, BPCL, or HPCL, the prices may remain the same.
3) Air Turbine Fuel Also Becomes Cheaper
The price of Air Turbine Fuel (ATF), which is used by airplanes, has also been reduced. Lower fuel costs can help airlines save money. In the future, this may also help the aviation industry.
