Documents Required For ME / DV of CISF Recruitment 2024?
वे सभी युवा जो कि, इस भर्ती मे अप्लाई करना चाहते है उन्हें मेडिकल एग्जामिनेशन और डॉक्यूमेंट वेैरिफिकेशन के लिए कुछ डॉक्यूमेंट्स को स्कैन करके अपलोड करना होगा जो कि, इस प्रकार से हैं –
- Matriculation & Senior Secondary Examination Certificates to prove age, name and educational qualification.
- Order/letter in respect equivalent Education Qualifications claimed indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, in respect of equivalent clause in
Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification. - Domicile Certificate/ Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued by the competent authority.
- Caste Certificate (as applicable) in the format prescribed at Annexure – III, Annexure – IV and Annexure – V of the notice from the candidates seeking reservation/ age relaxation.
- Certificate from candidates who wish to avail relaxation in height/ chest measurement as prescribed in Annexure–VI of the notice.
- Certificate from District Collector/ District Magistrate in respect of dependent applicants of riot victims as mentioned in category
- under Para-6.2 of this Notification.
- Nativity/ Identity Certificate by West Pakistani Refugee in the format prescribed at Annexure-VII of the notice.
- Certificate from serving defense personnel in the format prescribed at Annexure-VIII of this notice.
- Undertaking in the format prescribed in Annexure – IX from Exservicemen candidates.
- Two passport size recent photographs of the candidates and one photo bearing identification proof such as Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Identity Card issued by University /College, Pan Card, Passport, Identity Card issued by University/College/ Government, Employer ID Card, ESM Discharge Book issued by the MoD or any photo bearing ID card issued by Central/State Government
- It is reiterated that after scrutiny of the certificates/ documents of Education/Caste/ESM/Category, etc., if any claim made in the application is not substantiated by certificates/documents at the time of documents verification, or at any stage of recruitment, the candidature of candidate will be cancelled.
